First, we start with a nutritional assessment through Ayurvedic principles, and begin helping you incorporate small shifts in your diet strategically into your day. We then identify primary causes (ex. relationship, career shifts, lacking a spiritual discipline, lack of exercise, etc.) that trigger the relationship to certain foods. Together, we deconstruct the habits to unlock why and how these cravings have not ultimately served you in the past, shifting the mindset towards positive habit-forming for a sustainable diet.
